APPLICATIONS

So, you want to join Common Ground? Well, you’re in luck because we are always looking for new members.

In order to determine that we are a good fit for one another we have curated a list of requirements we expect all applicants to have. On top of that we also expect our members to follow our code of conduct. Our application process is required to ensure the members of our team & their communities have the best experience possible.

Still interested? Fill out the form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must stream primarily on Twitch

  • Minimum of 100 followers

  • Average of 3 CCV

  • Minimum affiliate status

  • Must be actively completing 50% of scheduled streams

  • No hateful, NSFW, or excessively offensive content

  • Twitch TOS Compliance - meaning no bans or strikes against your account

CODE OF CONDUCT:

  • RESPECT FIRST:
Be respectful to viewers, team members, and other streamers at all times

  • COMMUNITY FIRST:
Remember that your community comes first. Prioritize chat, creating a fun, welcoming space

  • BRAND REPRESENTATION:
If you are using the team name or logo, you are representing all of us

  • SCHEMES, VIEWBOTTING AND FOLLOW 4 FOLLOW:
We are here for genuine growth and discovery, not artificial numbers. This will not be accepted at any length

  • SUPPORT IS ENCOURAGED, NEVER REQUIRED:
When you’re ending a stream, we encourage you to check if another team member is live and raid into them - just like sending your viewers to a friend. It’s never required, but it helps share good vibes and keeps the community connected

  • TRANSPARENCY:
Please let leadership know if you plan to take a break longer than 30 days or if there is any type of emergency that would keep you away for an extended period of time

  • SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING:
If a content creator or community member is breaking any rule or code of conduct, please notify leadership as soon as possible

TEAM PARTICIPATION:

  • PROFILE LINK:
Add the team panel to your Twitch “About Me” section and link to the website

  • OVERLAY:
Use the team’s logo in your overlay to promote the team

  • DISCORD / SOCIAL MEDIA:
Stay connected through the team’s main communication channels

  • TAGGING:
Use the team’s hashtag or identifiers on social media if you want to promote streams / collaborations or events

  • COMMUNITY EVENTS:
While not required, we highly encourage attending at least 1-2 community events in a 6 month period. This is a great way to meet new people and get to ingrain yourself into the community

  • COLLABORATIONS:
While also not required, we highly recommend collaborating with your fellow team members! Especially if you are new to collaborations

  • TEAM SPIRIT:
While we want to try and provide an amazing overarching and collaborating community, we are not here to boost anyone. Be in it for the right reasons, to connect with other streamers and to build a platform that the viewers know will provide them with quality content, no matter which streamer they watch under our umbrella
